Leasing is contracted in EUR. The rest of the debt under the lease (in the case of contracted variable interest rate) is adjusted on a six-month basis, according to the value of EURIBOR on the day of alignment. Leasing installments are due at every 15th of the month (or the next working day) and payable on that date in accordance with the change of the agreed exchange rate. The client is entitled to VAT refund in the amount of EUR 5.618,98 (EUR 5.000 tax on the net value, EUR 60 VAT on administrative cost, EUR 546,92 VAT on interest contained in the leasing fee, EUR 9,72 VAT on the cost of filing the leasing contracts to the register and EUR 2,33 VAT on the cost of Credit Bureau report) if the client uses the subject of the leasing for its activity, which is subject to VAT taxation, and in accordance with the Law on VAT.
