Within international Societe Generale Group we apply high standards in the policy toward employees, customers, local community and environment. We pay special attention to the policy of diversity and intolerance to any form of discrimination.
As a socially responsible institution, we put emphasis on reducing the consumption of resources in the business. The new “smart” office building, opened in September 2016, is built in accordance with the highest standards of ecological construction and the modern systems ensure savings in consumption of electricity, thermal energy and drinking water.
Strategically, we are oriented to promotion of innovation culture, and have made partnership with the Center for Technological Entrepreneurship (ICT Hub), within which we support technological entrepreneurship development and local startup communities.
We support and organize a large number of cultural events throughout Serbia, in partnership with the Belgrade Dance Festival, the French Institute in Serbia, Ringier Axel Springer company and other partners at the local level.
We are members and one of the founders of the UN Global Compact for Serbia and Business Leaders Forum, the two most important initiatives that bring together socially responsible companies.
Since 2016, we are engaged in the Corporate Social Responsibility Index – the first national platform for assessing corporate social responsibility. CSR Index is the only methodology in Serbia which enables objective comparison of the impact and influence that companies have to the society through their business.
