Lafarge and Societe Generale Bank have prepared for you a favorable loan for house building, unique in our market, for which is not necessary to establish a mortgage on the other property. Lafarge as one of the biggest companies in Serbia guarantees SAFETY. They will guide you through the entire process of obtaining documentation and administration - project selection, preparation of technical following documents, obtaining permits for construction, and obtaining the occupancy permit of the facility.

A team of architects is ready to position and adjust to any home pay, but also to meet all the specific requirements of clients. 1 Participation is not mandatory if the mortgage is placed on some other registered object whose value is 30% higher than the loan amount.

3 The Bank adjusts the outstanding portion of the loan indexed in EUR with the variations of the NBS median exchange rate, each last day of the month, by applying the exchange rate valid on the respective date against the exchange rate, which was applicable on the last day of the precedent month, with the exception of the first month, which is when the adjustment is performed according to the exchange rate that was valid on loan disbursement date.
4 The interest rate is variable and consists of a reference rate – six-month EURIBOR, as a variable part, and the margin of the Bank, as fixed part, in accordance with the tariffs of the Bank. The variable interest rate is adjusted, on the first working day of every month, in accordance with the reference rate change, which was -0,241% annually as of March 14th 2017.
5 In the calculation of the effective interest rate was included the amount of life insurance policies and property insurance for the entire period of loan repayment.
