What do I do if my bank card is lost or stolen?
If your card is lost or stolen, immediately call our Authorization center
which is open 24 hours a day at (011) 30 11 550 to report this. If you
are calling from abroad, call +381 11 30 11 550. You can also report
this loss or theft at the nearest bank with a VISA or MasterCard logo
(depending on the card you have).
