Package of accounts and services

We are listening your demands and trying to create our products according to them. So, we created our packages of accounts: Classic, Practic, Prestige and Like.

Each of them is designed to reply to your everyday needs, and each contains:

• SoGe home bank, electronic banking which enables you to monitor balances and changes of all your accounts, transfer money and paying without visiting the bank and waiting
• Vocalia, voice system which enables that with simple phone call, you can check out your account balance, transfer money within your accounts and purchase foreign currencies
• Mobilia, system that allows you to check your account balance via your mobile phone and possibility to obtain information about transactions made with payment cards
• Standing order, allows you to pay bills of electricity, utilities, land-line phone and post-paid mobile phone without visiting the bank and waiting
• Personal banker, person who is dedicated to you, who will listen and find solution that fits your needs

"Classic" package

In addition to the above listed services and at a very suitable monthly feee, Classic package provides you with following:

• RSD current account
• DinaCard debit card which allows you cash withdrawal on ATMs and paying products and services in country

"Practic" package

Practic package is a balanced combination of services and products with a suitable monthly fee. In addition to the above listed services, this package provides you with following:

• RSD current account
• EUR current account
• Visa Electron International debit card for cash withdrawal on ATMs and for paying for products and services in county and abroad
• 5 free SMS notifications monthly related to payment cards transactions within Mobilia service
• VMS service which enables you to credit mobile phone account by payment card

"Prestige" package

Prestige package contains the most comprehensive set of products and services with additional insurance. In addition to the above listed services, this package provides you with following:

• RSD current account
• EUR current account
• Visa Classic debit card for cash withdrawal on ATMs and for paying for products and services in county and abroad
• Free SMS notifications related to payment cards transactions within Mobilia service
• VMS service which enables you to credit mobile phone account by payment card
• Uniqa insurance of financial losses of users of payment card within the package
• Uniqa small voluntary health insurance

"Like" package

For a suitable mothly fee, Like package provides you with everything you need in order to indenpendently manage your finances during studies. In addition to the above listed services, this package provides you with following:

• RSD current account
• EUR current account
• Semestro debit card for cash withdrawal on ATMs and for paying for products and services in county and abroad

Let us clarify some more

• In order to open package of your choosing, you need valid ID card
• Uniqa insurance for financial losses for users who have Prestige package provides you with following:
  • Compensation of losses which resulted from unauthorised card use
  • Compensation of fees for credit card blocking and credit card replacement
  • Compensation of fees for replacement of personal documents and keys either lost or stolen alongside your payment card
• Small voluntary health insurance provided by Uniqa
  Provides insurance in case of serious ailments and for consequences of those ailments. It also provides compensation for surgeries.
• Usage of cards abroad
  In order to use cards abroad, you need to provide sufficient funds on your EUR standing account. Later on you can pay in any chosen currency.
